The Shena Board unlocks huge variety in the most ancient exercise, the push up.
The Shena board is used as a symmetrical stable platform to do push-ups on while enabling greater leverage and range of motion during body-weight strength movements. It enables a much greater variety of movements during push-up exercises and is easier on the wrists.
