Fundamental Fitness was established in 2014 as a carpentry based business providing handmade, functional strength training items that improve physicality through fundamental movements.
We supply gymnasts, crossfitters, personal trainers, military fitness instructors, weight lifters and general fitness enthusiasts throughout the UK & Europe.

We can provide a full bespoke service, including drawings for approval, before items are handmade by us in South Wales.
